superdeformed SailorRiven (me!)

Okay, I'm sure you're thinking, "What the heck does the atomic bomb have to do with Sailormoon?"  Well, I'll tell you.  I have a theory that Takeuchi Naoko's father was one of the survivors.  As you know, Takeuchi Naoko is the creator of Sailormoon (and if you didn't know that, uh, where have you been?).
Anyway, I was doing some research for a project I was doing on the A-bomb when I came across a book.  "Children of the A-Bomb" it was called.  It has stories told by children who survived the bomb.  And guess who one of the kids was?  His name was Kenji Takeuchi.  I didn't read all of his story because it was really long, but it said he was in 6th grade at the time, so one would estimate that he was 12.
So you know how in Sailormoon, Usagi's dad's name is Kenji?  Naoko-sensei named Usagi's family after her own family.  And how many Kenji Takeuchi's do you expect to be wandering around in Hiroshima (or Nagasaki, I forget which city the Kenji in the book lived in)?  In China, where they only have about 200 surnames and a population of 1 billion, you could expect a couple people who happen to have the same two names.  But this is Japan, and they're more creative with their names over there (I don't mean to be racist or anything, but...ah, nevermind).  And she's, how old, 30?  I forget, but that age would make it mathematically possible for her to have a dad who was maybe 12 in 1945.  So he'd be born in '33, he'd be 67 now (if I get the math wrong feel free to correct me).  It's possible!
So Naoko's father, Takeuchi Kenji, might have been a "child of the A-bomb".  Making Naoko a grandchild of the A-bomb, and Sailormoon the great-grandchild! (where I got the title of this rant from) This bad play on words was brought to you by Tenjou, thank you very much.

Post Script: if you want to see my rant about nuclear warfare in general, go to Koikawa (pweeeease?)
