1. These are the main qualifications for being in this ring: you must be female (doesn't matter what age), and you must be either lesbian, bisexual, transsexual, atheist, or agnostic.  You don't have to be, for example, both bisexual and atheist (like me!), just one of the things I mentioned will do.  You can be a Christian lesbian or a straight agnostic and still be allowed in.
2. You must have a website (this should be obvious)
3. Your website cannot have any NC-17, 18s, R, or X-rated content.  PG-13 (or 15s if you go by the European ratings) is the highest it can possibly be, and no illegal stuff like MP3s or anything.  Not that I support censorship, but Tripod does and I don't think it would appreciate me having 18s sites on my ring.  And although I use all anime images, your site doesn't have to be about that.  Also, no racism or hate sites and no child pornography or bestiality things. 
4. Please don't link the logos directly from my site (as in, don't link to it as "https://sailorriven.tripod.com/image.gif", upload it to your website and link to that).

If you can follow these, good for you!  Run along and join now.  If you join, and you violate these rules, either I won't add you or if you're already in I'll remove you from the ring.  Sound reasonable?  Good.
